Here are a couple of points to ponder:
-Seeing that staff and clients can commute with public transport, less parking is required in adjacent properties, so as a tenant, you would need less parking and can save on parking cost.
-As a developer or investor you can develop or re-develop properties with less parking bays, subsequently increasing the value of the property.
-Similar to an open air square, I do anticipate that the roads adjacent to the stations will be converted into one way roads or converted to pedestrian areas i.e. a square or a walkway making the adjacent properties perfect for conversion to retail or showroom space facing onto the future square or walkway.
-Arterial feeder roads leading to the stations must also be considered i.e. maybe in a 5km radius for acquisition or redevelopment.
